1. Objective

To define a fair and transparent process for onboarding, monitoring, and managing event service vendors on the PlanMyGigs platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Business Registration: Must be a registered business entity (Proprietorship, LLP, or Private Limited Company)

Documentation: Valid PAN card, GST registration, active bank account, and complete contact information

Experience: Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred (may be waived for exceptional cases)

3. Registration Process

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit the online registration form with complete business profile and service details

Step 2: Document Upload

Upload required documents: GST certificate, PAN card, address proof, business portfolio, and service samples

Step 3: Review & Verification

Review and verification by PlanMyGigs Vendor Team (typically 3-5 business days)

4. Onboarding Terms

Upon approval, vendors must accept the vendor agreement, terms & conditions, and all platform policies. Complete your vendor profile by adding service categories, pricing rates, and availability schedules.

5. Code of Conduct

Professional Service Delivery: Maintain ethical and professional standards in all client interactions and service delivery

Non-Discrimination Policy: Ensure harassment-free, respectful interactions with all users regardless of background

Honest Representation: Provide accurate and truthful representation of services, capabilities, and pricing

6. Review & Rating System

Minimum Rating Requirement: Vendors must maintain a minimum rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars

Review Monitoring: All customer reviews are monitored for authenticity and compliance

Performance Support: Vendors falling below minimum ratings will receive support and guidance for improvement

7. Platform Fees & Commission

PlanMyGigs may deduct a commission on successful bookings. All commission rates and fee structures will be communicated transparently before implementation. Vendors will receive detailed transaction reports.

8. Blacklisting & Delisting Policy

Grounds for Removal:

Vendors may be removed from the platform for fraudulent activities, repeated customer complaints, consistent poor ratings, or violation of platform terms and conditions.

Notice Period:

A minimum 7-day written notice will be issued before any delisting action, allowing vendors time to respond or rectify issues.

9. Appeal Process

Vendors have the right to appeal any delisting decision by contacting our vendor relations team via email. All appeals will be reviewed fairly, and reinstatement is subject to compliance review and corrective action completion.
