Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all bookings made on PlanMyGigs.

2. Vendor-Driven Refunds

Each vendor may define their own refund and cancellation terms. These terms are shown before confirmation and are binding.

3. Platform Charges

Service charges collected by PlanMyGigs are non-refundable unless due to error or system fault.

4. Payment Gateway Transactions

Payments processed via Razorpay. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method in 7-14 working days.

5. Cancellation Process

Users must cancel via their dashboard or email support@planmygigs.com. The cancellation date determines refund eligibility.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions, refund policies may be reviewed case-by-case.

7. Dispute Resolution

For refund disputes, contact support@planmygigs.com with transaction ID. Our team will coordinate with vendors and Razorpay.
